This program is a self guided journey to understanding your subtle energetic bodies, your chakras and how to work with them for awakening and self therapy.
This program is suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners of yoga and meditation. It includes practices and meditations for each chakra plus contemplation and journaling opportunities to understand how your subtle energetic bodies of energy are functioning and how to work with them in healing, yoga & meditation.
Yoga and meditation teachers can take this course for CPD points (1.5 CPD / class and 30 CPD in total) and a renewed perspective on the chakra system as understood in the kundalini yoga lineage.

ABOUT LEILA
I've been teaching kundalini yoga & meditation and hatha yoga for almost 10 years and currently hold weekly classes on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland, South East Queensland. I also hold Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings with Sam Lindsay-German in the 13 Moons Women's Temple - the worlds first international Kundalini Yoga trainings specifically for women and women physiology.
When I'm not teaching yoga I'm supporting people in business and life planning with strategy design, website and digital marketing solutions and personal design with atlantean name readings and tantric numerology.
ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation is a practice that incorporates all of the faculties of yoga and meditation for swift and positive effects. Known as the householders yoga and the yoga of awareness (or awakening) Kundalini Yoga includes include postures, breathwork, mantra and chanting, rest & meditation.
We work with breath, somatic movement, sound and ancient yogic techniques to heal the body from prolonged exposure to stress and stress related illnesses, improve vagal tone and to find grounded self awareness.
Each class is available for beginners through to experienced practitioners. You leave feeling deeply rested and re-energised. Classes are safe for pregnancy and postpartum (in fact they're wonderful for pregnant women) and teenagers are welcome.
